Information We Collect

We collect information needed to place and fulfill your order, including uploaded photos, recipient name and ID, facility name and mailing address, customer email address, order status, and support communications.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient names, identification numbers, facility information, and delivery addresses.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. PrisPics does not store full credit card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.

Photo and Print File Storage

Uploaded photos and generated print-ready files may be stored temporarily so we can prepare, print, mail, review, and support your order. Temporary preview files may be deleted automatically. Order files may be deleted after fulfillment and applicable retention periods.

Uploaded photos, preview files, and generated print files may be retained for up to 30 days after order completion and may be permanently deleted thereafter.

Photo Processing and Review

Uploaded photos and associated order information may be processed by automated systems and may be reviewed by PrisPics personnel when reasonably necessary for quality control, print production, customer support, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, policy enforcement, troubleshooting, or service improvement. By using the service, you consent to this processing and review as reasonably necessary to provide PrisPics.

How We Use Information

We use order information to process payments, prepare prints, mail orders, provide order status, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and maintain service records.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the service, including payment processing, mailing, hosting, storage, email delivery, legal compliance, and fraud or abuse prevention.

We may use third-party providers for hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, payment processing, security, and operational support. PrisPics does not sell customer personal information or uploaded photos.

Support Communications

If you contact us for help, we may use your email address, order number, and order details to investigate and respond. We may keep support messages for recordkeeping and service improvement.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, legal, security, accounting, and operational purposes. We may delete uploaded photos, generated files, and other order data after fulfillment and retention periods.
