Refund Policy

Custom Photo Products

PrisPics orders are custom photo print products prepared from the images and recipient information you provide. Because each order is custom, refunds are limited once fulfillment begins.

Cancellation Before Processing

You may request cancellation before processing begins. If we can cancel before printing, preparation, or mailing has started, we will review the order for cancellation and refund eligibility.

After Processing or Mailing Begins

Once processing, printing, preparation, postage, or mailing has begun, orders are generally non-refundable. PrisPics' responsibility for mailing an order ends when the order is transferred to USPS or another mail carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued solely because of carrier delays, facility delays, weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, equipment failures, facility lockdowns, government actions, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside PrisPics' reasonable control.

PrisPics is not responsible for mail that is lost, delayed, misrouted, stolen, damaged, undelivered, rejected, returned, destroyed, censored, withheld, or otherwise not delivered after acceptance by the carrier or after review by a correctional facility, detention facility, mailroom, or recipient institution. Customers are responsible for accurate recipient information and compliance with facility mail policies.

No Affiliation

PrisPics is an independent private service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, operated by, or acting on behalf of any correctional facility, prison, jail, detention center, mailroom, department of corrections, government agency, or recipient institution.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Orders

If an order appears damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly fulfilled before carrier or facility handling, contact us with your order number and details. We review these situations individually. PrisPics may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, credit, or refund in exceptional situations, but is not obligated to do so.

Claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing orders should be submitted within 30 days of the order date.

Events Outside Our Control

Refunds are not provided for delays or non-delivery caused by acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, internet outages, labor disputes, government actions, transportation interruptions, pandemics, facility disruptions, carrier disruptions, or similar events beyond PrisPics' reasonable control.
